The Training Doctor is happy to provide ISD for the SME to your workgroup. We require a minimum of four individuals and will customize the content to address your organization’s specific needs (for instance, adding a module which addresses eLearning software or expanding the approach to include creation of a curriculum rather than a course).

We are able to lengthen or compress the current four-week training schedule and, if your organization currently uses a synchronous training platform, we are happy to deliver the training using the software that your workers are accustomed to.

This program, combined with additional on-going training on effective communication and questioning techniques is providing our SME’s with the tools they need to become active partners with our training department.
